We are a group of Uglies fans who met on Scott Westerfeld's forum. After reading Mind Rain, we decided that it would be icy to write our own Uglies essays- and post them on a website! So we created Cakes, naming it after Scott's joke about writing a fifth Uglies book. You can read our essays here, and even write your own essay and send it to us! Stay icy!
